Immediately prior to being called to the bar Terence work for a firm of Solicitors. He is therefore aware of the needs of Solicitors and their clients. He is pragmatic and commercially aware. His first career was in research and development engineering.

Employment

Terence deals with most aspects of employment law. He is pleased to advise prior to the issuing of dismissal notices or proceedings. He has experience in the Employment Tribunals and the High and County Courts. He acts on behalf of both Respondents and Claimants.

Julian White v Bristol Rugby Limited [2002] IRLR 204 (HC).
Employment law case concerning the validity of an England International professional rugby player’s contract.

His civil practice is very wide please telephone and speak to him to discuss your needs and requirements.

Conferences

He is happy to travel to Solicitors offices for conferences should the need arise.

Fees

His fees in civil matters are those that are applicable under the CPR. In Employment law his fees are negotiable. Unlike some Barristers he is more than happy to discuss fees with his Instructing Solicitors.


Away from Chambers he likes to enjoy the countryside with his wife and their 2 dogs.

The practice manager is married to the Head of Chambers and is happy to deal with all aspects of any case. In addition to dealing with chambers diary she also issues feenotes and undertakes credit control duties.
