Terence deals primarily with most aspects of employment law. He is pleased to advise prior to the issuing of dismissal notices or proceedings. He is pragmatic and commercially aware. He has experience in the Employment Tribunals and the High and County Courts. He acts on behalf of both Respondents and Claimants.

  • Acting for claimants in claims for unfair dismissal following a TUPE transfer.
  • Instructed on behalf of a director of a fitness company with settlement being reached at £165,000.
  • Instructed on behalf of an Asian woman in her race discrimination claim against a local authority college.
  • Instructed against a multi-national bank for work related stress and bullying.
  • Instructed on behalf of a female employee concerning her sex discrimination claim against a government funded institution.
